I have been obese and fat for a long time now, there was a brief period in 2016 when I had cut back but I had gained it all again. When quarintine started I had made a final decision to get my shit together. And now that I am 80% there I wanted to share my progress with you all.
Due to the pandemic I haven't been able to meet any of my friends so I haven't had a chance to share my progress with anyone outside my family, and you guys have been my motivation since a long time.
The people on this sub always made me feel we're all in this together, the cycle of self-disgust and insecurities with an unhealthy relationship with food, this is one place where I feel like I am not alone.
Just wanted to say thank you to you all.
My Progress: 98KGs(216 lbs) in March, 2020. 82KGs(180 lbs) today (following a careful CICO, and moderate exercising 3-4 times a week), I am now 23, and I have reached how much I used to weigh when I was 13 years old.
I had my cheat days and I had days where I ate on maintainence. First week of July I had reached 83, but I ate alot around my birthday(2nd July) which made me gain a KG back, but I got back into it and am almost at the end. 5-6 more KGs to go.

Would love your feedback on the change and how y'all think I did, Personally I see some change, not alot because I see myself everyday, something I think all of us are familiar with so to have people who have never seen me give me feedback, would be tremendous.
