Hi, I started at a weight of 370 lbs and hated what I looked like in the mirror. I decided when I graduated that I was going to attempt to lose the weight. I used to be a binge eater (still fight it every day) and would constantly eat due to boredom. I never cared enough about counting calories or trying to work out. I started off using keto, which helped me learn portion control as well as calorie intake, but as I started exercising, I began to reintroduce carbs. I focused all efforts into calorie counting and working out 4 times a week at about 45 minutes per session. I stuck with it and these are the results.
