I hold most of my weight in my stomach and hips, so that’s what I’m focusing on slimming down. I’ve been doing lots of strength training in my HIIT workouts, and I feel so strong and great! Now comes a weird question… In the picture I’ve linked you will see in the right photo there is a vertical line on my abdomen that is below my chest but above my belly button. I didn’t have this line before I started working out, as you can see in the photo on the left. I’ve been doing lots of ab training, but when I poke and pinch I can feel the fat layer sitting over my muscles (not hating on my body, just being real). So why did I develop this line? It just doesn’t make sense to me that it would be an “ab” line if there’s still fat there. Any ideas?
