Hey guys! So I’ve been doing a challenge where I post every day on YouTube to get my confidence up in front a camera.. today is day 6 and I thought I’d talk about something a bit more personal and about my weight loss journey so far.
Is there anything more that I could be doing do you think? What have you found to be the biggest help in your weight loss journey and how the hell do I get over the plateau?
