I've posted here a few times about how I've lost 130 pounds playing Dance Dance Revolution over the past few years. Still playing DDR and other dance games almost daily, but my weight loss has stagnated so I'm trying to work on body composition. I've started doing Ring Fit Adventure and weight lifting throughout the week and I'm noticing some muscle definition in my arms/shoulders and I'm feeling stronger in my core, but I'm not sure where to go from here. Any advice for shrinking the jiggly loose skin that doesn't involve surgery? Just keep moving forward with the weight lifting and RFA?
It's hard to tell what is fat and what's loose skin at this point.
Mainly I'm focusing on upper body/core with non-dance game exercising. Dance games have my legs taken care of.
